Origami workshop / Atelier Origami (from oru meaning ‘folding’ and kami meaning ‘paper’) is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding. Origami is fun, creative, and amazing. Most Origami models can be folded by anyone - even if you think you have two left thumbs. You can learn how to fold and crease various papers without glue or scissors, using only one piece of paper, to make various forms, animals, birds, action models and much more. Edward Ratley has run Origami workshops for over 20 years and has a wide repertoire of models for young and old alike. Contact me if you would like to organise an Origami workshop for a birthday, to prepare your own Christmas decorations or just to exercise your fingers.
Origami (d''oru' signifie plier et 'kami' signifie de papier) est l'art japonais traditionnel du pliage de papier. L'origami est amusant, créatif et surprenant. La plupart des modèles peuvent être pliés par n'importe qui - même si vous pensez vous avez deux pouces gauches. vous pouvez apprendre comment se plier et se plisser divers papiers sans colle ou ciseaux employant seulement l'une seule pièce du papier, pour faire de diverses formes, animaux, oiseaux, modèles d'action et beaucoup plus. Edward Ratley a organisé des ateliers d'Origami depuis plus de 20 ans et à un vaste répertoire de modèles pour petits et grands. Throughout the year, we run a number of workshops here. Groups of up to 24 people (or more if you bring your own mattresses) can be accommodated in the gites. The large gites have their own sitting rooms, and there is the large hall (56 sq m) available. You will find yourselves in peaceful surroundings with the Nantes Brest canal at the bottom of the garden for walks when you need to take a break.

Tout au long de l'année, nous organisons un certain nombre d'ateliers ici. Des groupes jusqu à 24 personnes (ou plus si vous apportez votre matelas propre) peuvent être accueillis dans les gîtes. Les gîtes ont leur propre salons, et il ya la grande salle (56 m²) sont disponibles. Vous vous retrouverez dans un cadre paisible avec le canal de Nantes à Brest au fond du jardin pour des promenades quand vous avez besoin de prendre une pause.

Drawing workshop / Atelier Award winning artist, art director and photographer Mike Norriss has worked for most of his life in London, New York and Geneva. He has exhibited his work in England and France. Mike has developed a program to help people to learn to draw whether they are complete beginners or already have experience. This program promises rapid development in drawing skills.
